Fellow driving enthusiasts! Come join us at the freshly paved Grattan Raceway June 6-8. We are proudly welcoming back our good friend Ross Bentley – professional driving coach and author of the Speed Secrets series of books (https://speedsecrets.com) for a deep dive into performance driving. This weekend is focused on how to improve your driving at not only this track but how to apply to other tracks you drive. There will be plenty of track time as well as classroom and workshop time directly with Ross! (There are new completely replaced sections and coming onto the front straight is smooth and fast!!!) Note: To ensure the quality of student-instructor experience, there will be caps on run-group size, so register early! HIGH PERFORMANCE DRIVER EDUCATION SCHOOL – The Porsche Club of America's Rally Sport Region (RSP) is returning to Grattan Raceway for a three-day weekend event, welcoming drivers of all experience levels. Our team of nationally recognized instructors with special guest instructor Ross Bentley will conduct this HPDE event at the technically challenging 2-mile Grattan Raceway road course. The Saturday-Sunday event is open to all, while Friday is open for Instructors and Advanced Solo Students, only. All drivers will be placed in run groups based on experience (e.g., if you are a novice, you will be on the track with other novices). More experienced drivers will be placed accordingly. In-car instruction is provided for novice and intermediate run groups with classroom sessions for ALL run groups. Here's the NEW MSR link for June’s Grattan. The old link has been superseded, now defunct. Early Bird registration ends May 9th with registration closing May 25th. Hotel info at the AmericInn in Greenville is contained in the link. Reservations close May 16th. If you take pictures at the event, please share them with other members by uploading them here: We want to thank all of our 2025 season sponsors:
Most, if not all, of these sponsors will be at Grattan, so PLEASE find them and say THANKS: Jim & Nick from Stadium Auto – look for their pop-up awning, Jonathan Gelman from J2, Doug Finn from Finn JM&J Insurance, Tom Bloom from Bloom Roofing, and Eric Gedion from Porsche AA are regulars. Future dates & links: Contacts if you need/want more info of what's on-deck: |
