Dress: Island Casual (Optional)Hey, Mon, don’t worry, be happy. If you are tired of the cold weather, then come to a night in the tropics with swaying palm trees, a cool drink and enjoy our Caribbean buffet. As usual the party will be catered by Lori Shepard of Simply Scrumptious Catering. Lori has prepared the menu for the last two Caribbean parties and her food is always delicious.
Hors d’oeuvres: Plantain Chips with Mango Salsa Peel and Eat Hot Pepper Shrimp Rastaman Vegetable Patties
Salad: Tropical Island Fruit with mixed greens and a lime vinaigrette
Entrée: Island Mojo Pulled Pork Barbados Style Tilapia Roasted Root Vegetables

Breakfast Run
Join the Rally Sport Region on Saturday, May 3rd for the Breakfast Run!
Our first motoring social event of the year, the Breakfast Run, promises to be a fun way to kick off the driving season.
We’ll meet at 9:00 am for breakfast at Saline’s City Limit Diner, famous for the “fluffiest spinach and feta omelet” and other breakfast treats. The Diner is located at 220 W Michigan Ave., (ph. 734-429-0009). At 10:30 AM, we’ll depart for a tour of the back roads of Washtenaw and Lenawee counties. We’ll stop in Tecumseh, one of the first three settlements in the Michigan territory and home to the Michigan International Speedway and the Southern Michigan Railroad Museum. After our brief stop, we’ll end the ride in Saline with a second cup of java.
Please let hosts Rob and Jan Potts know by April 28th (at rpotts @tenneco. com or 734-761-8521) if you’d like to join us for breakfast, as we need to provide the restaurant with a head count by May 2nd.
